RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer our clients a seven-day return policy so they can be confident they’ve made the right purchase for themselves or a loved one. If you are unsure about your purchase, simply return the item to our store for a full refund. If you would like to select another piece, we are also happy to offer an exchange. If the item was ordered in on your behalf, you will still be held financially liable for the shipping costs.
All purchases made at Goldsmith Gallery Jewelers can be returned within the seven-day return period, however if the item was a special order, we are not able to return the item and supply a full refund. Special order items include, but are not limited to, any items that have been engraved or specialty-ordered based on current stock, colors, or available sizes. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Goldsmith Gallery Jewelers), or damaged in any way will not be eligible for return. Watches purchased at Goldsmith Gallery Jewelers will require an additional 15% restocking fee once the tamper seal is removed. You can pay the fee outright, use it toward an exchange or another purchase. Please note, Rolex watches are not eligible for returns once they are purchased.
